Very helpful people. Unfortunately they didn't have what we were looking for. Rather difficult to find down a country lane and through a farmyard!

I have been trying to get a Bayswater brand bath panel (which peeled) replaced. I also had two toilet seats which peeled. It was fitted in Jan 21 and started peeling in April 22 so well within guarantee and shouldn't be falling apart. My plumber and I have been chasing Bayswater for months. No resolution.
There are lots of bathroom suite providers in the same style with much better customer service and better quality products.
Have bought three baths of varying designs, all great quality, good price and customer service when sorting technical help. Many thanks BC Designs.
