Complete renovation of a 74 m2 flat located in the El Poblenou neighbourhood.

For this project we eliminated a large part of the existing partitions to create a mostly open and functional space. As a result, we obtained two rooms facing the outside of the façade, a living room that extends practically throughout the entire house with an integrated kitchen and an elegant bathroom. By orienting the windows of the rooms towards the outside and a window towards the inside of the building we achieve that the atmosphere is provided with natural light most of the day.

As for the interior design, the attractive contrast between black and white creates a harmonious and clean atmosphere. On the one hand, the colour white is synonymous with purity and luminosity, while the colour black brings elegance and sophistication to any environment.

Wood predominates practically all the floor of the house and has also been integrated into some pieces of furniture such as the kitchen cabinets and bathroom storage. It is a material that we almost always use in our projects since its multiple applications in architecture and design make it of great importance for interior design. It is a multifunctional element whose textures, colours and finishes allow us to create organic, natural and welcoming spaces.

We have added industrial style elements such as wrought iron doors and windows. It is a malleable material, which can be shaped and offers multiple options, both in partitions and pieces of furniture.
