I am a university student and I got a tenancy with the agency Berkshire Living for my 2nd year accommodation. Raj was my landlord and I have to say that he always put in the extra effort to make sure that everything was running smoothly. He would always respond on time to any enquires that I had and regularly check up on me to make sure that I had moved in and settled in okay (including during the lockdowns). I have heard many horror stories of how awful landlords can be to students so I was very lucky to have RAJ as a landlord because he was always understanding and friendly to me. From my amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Reading because of the amazing staff that offer continuous help and support.
Berkshire Living as an estate agency it is brilliant. I must say, Raj, who was responsible for my contract and the property, he was an amazing person, treated me like his best mate. Always respond to any queries and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the agency as they are like no other agents!
Good living conditions, well looked after by landlord and maintenance. Would recommend this to young working professionals who are looking to move out of home.
