We have purchased blinds from Appeal twice from Appeal in recent years. Firstly pleated blinds for our conservatory which both look great and allow us to use the room all year round and then more recently ULTRA Smart motorised blinds for the house. We found the product and installation service to be first rate. The ULTRA Smart blinds are so easy to use - we can't imagine going back to manual pull cord blinds!
I am very impressed with the blinds and service which I have received.

Excellent service and quality product. I bought some Ultra smart Honeycomb blinds for my new bedroom and they're amazing at keeping the heat in! I can control them all with one remote and it makes life much easier!

Customer service team are horrid to deal with, brush you off and do not take complaints seriously, tried every method to get them to respond.
1 star is way way way to good for this cowboy company,
So …. Ordered September 2021 …. Measured oct with fit date in December;
December; made wrong!
Feb; made wrong
April; made wrong (yep you get the idea!!)
June; ‘oh we can’t fit for another 3 weeks!
They don’t respond - they don’t phone.
I’m pleased their not a brewery - they couldn’t organise anything in it!
