Despite multiple complaints, still the problems are happening and no-one seems to be caring about it. UPDATE: 13 Jan 2020: Finally received call from Shraddha and she heard about all the concerns and asked me to wait until she reverts on the resolution. Same day, even after discussing, the carpenters did another mistake by wrongly cutting a section of shutter in wrong place; of my shoe-rack. The ventilators alignment is also wrong. Don't know from where they are getting such skilled workers. They agreed to replace it, but who is responsible for all this time loss and delays? UPDATE: 12 Jan 2020: They came to install kitchen dadoing tiles and left the house with broken bathroom tiles. What more can you expect from inexperienced workers? Again apologies and all from team. They agreed to pay for the fixes, but again customer has to suffer for their negligence. ================================================ Hello @homelane @homelanedecors @Homelanedecor - i am utterly disappointed by your pathetic designers, careless community mgrs and useless project mgrs. Please look into project (Cust ID: Ben-DD-3000092494). Lot of design issues, wrong site measurements, improper installation issues. Horrible experience. Your designer (savank) is utter waste who commited many design flaws. All the designs everything, we have to tell him and he will just put it in your sketchup software. Even then there were problems. Are the customers suppose to give you money and interior ideas or You being a reputed brand, should suggest interior ideas. Your community mgr (shraddha/sushma) reads the msgs but doesn't respond. Neither she calls or picks up the call despite multiple pings. Your PM (Hammadur) installs the products without having any common sense/logic. Blindly following the design docs. For just a modular kitchen and foyer unit, they took almost 6 months to design and finalize, and then installation they want 45 days more. Really 45 days for a kitchen and foyer unit? Even after facing these problems and taking so much of time - the design had so many flaws, installation issues and quality problems. The laminates were scratched by carpenters who removed the protective plastic sheets during installation. The cabinet doors are opening in opposite directions. Space is wasted due to bakwas designing. Gaps found between floor and woodwork as the measurements were not taken properly during site masking. They came to fix dadoing tiles for my kitchen and broke my bathroom tiles. Big and unwanted drilled holes here and there, both on woodwork and walls. Use of Particle boards and not plys in moisture prone areas. You don't have creativity, u don't have ideas, you don't have varieties, you don't have quality and you don't have customer support ethics. You are just here to cheat customers. On top of that all your staff ,like designers and PMs will always try to persuade customer to get the work done from their own connections and not through you homelane. So that shows even your own people are cheating you and all inclusively cheating customers. A request to innocent customers - Don't trust these people, they are national level cheaters. HomeLane - Either you fix my problems at the earliest or pay me compensation for all the quality and installation issues. This is not done. I am not gonna lose money, time and health because of your problems. I was lucky that i didn't gave the entire home interiors to you looking at the initial trailer of your team, else you guys would have screwed me big time.
